Brighton has a base of 65 inches with 30 inches of new snow in the last 48 hours. There's another storm tomorrow promising another 2-3 inches at the house and and still more on Saturday (for a combined total of 4-6 inches at the house and 1-2 feet in the mountains). On Wednesday, we should get another 2 feet in the mountains and more on Christmas eve. That means a total of 2-3 feet at the house between last Friday and Christmas Eve. Maybe by Christmas, I'll have to tunnel to the car!
By the way, some of you reading this may care that avalanche danger is "considerable."
