The Newest Love of My Life

I am in Michigan with Sus and Alex. I arrived on the 7th because we thought that the baby would be born on the 3rd. No so as you can see in this picture taken on the 9th.


Abigail Mae Mettler was finally born on 12/15/09 at 12:13 am after 31 hours of gut wrenching, life sucking labor. She arrived exhausted, unresponsive and misshappen. By morning, she was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. She's a tough cookie--much like her mother and father.
