The Insulation is In

Even the garage got insulation

There was a glitch. The inspector refused to pass the building because, apparently, you can't have a room in which you sleep open onto a garage--even though studio apartments do! So Cal had to go to bat with the city. They finally agreed, reluctantly, that if we put a second door in the "hall," it could be interpreted as a room between the beds and the garage. Sigh! So Cal added a door jam and I'll have to buy another door.
